Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Here is exactly how to do it and what happens next.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your data in either of these ways:

  • On WhatsApp — reply DELETE to any message we have sent you, or send us a message asking us to delete your data.
  • By email — email hello@velcore.devfrom the email address associated with your account or enquiry, with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Please include the WhatsApp phone number or name you contacted us with so we can locate your data.

What we delete

On a verified request, we delete the personal data we hold, including:

  • Your name, email address, and WhatsApp / phone number.
  • The content of messages exchanged with us.
  • Enquiry and contact-form submissions.

We may retain a minimal record (such as your phone number on a do-not-contact list) strictly to honour your opt-out and to meet legal obligations. We will also delete data no longer required, and any data held by our processors, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Timeframe

We will acknowledge your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. If we need to verify your identity first, we may contact you using the details you provided.
